The whole appointment felt very comfortable and relaxed. The therapist was professional, easy to talk to, and paid attention to keeping the shape masculine and natural. What stood out to me most was the quality of the products used — the wax felt gentle on the skin, and I barely had any redness afterward, which normally happens to me.
The studio also feels very clean, private, and well cared for. You can tell they focus on both hygiene and client comfort rather than rushing people in and out. Definitely a good place for men who want subtle, well-groomed brows without the awkward salon experience.
From the booking stage, Ashley was very kind, patient, and helpful, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. It was my first time having these treatments abroad, and my English is not very good, but she explained everything clearly and always checked my preferences.
The treatments were done very carefully and gently, and I felt relaxed the whole time. I never felt nervous at all.
The results were absolutely beautiful — my lashes look amazing and my skin feels so smooth. I was really happy with the outcome.

They’re perfect — exactly what I wanted. Between how smooth the removal was and how good the results are, I won’t be going anywhere else.
